Refund policy

All sales are final after the purchased items are released by Wildfire Woodworking to the shipping company or the customer. I am not responsible for any damage to the product after the items have been released. If something gets damaged en route, the customer will find making an insurance claim with the shipping company, then contacting us to reorder the item as the best route forward.

All sales on custom-made items are final. My goal is to make you happy with your purchase, so let's communicate and solve any issues together. You can contact us at info@wildfirewoodworking.ca.

In order to keep prices low and maintain inventory, all sales on any bulk-order items are final. Again, good communication is the best tool for resolution here.

Warranty​

I stand behind my products! If you have any issues with your products, please communicate with me! I will fix or replace it if I can, or work with you for a solution. I operate this business to see people's excitement while using my products - I'm not evil or greedy!
