Wildfire Woodworking enjoys making high quality custom products that is both functional and something you are proud to show off. That means I want to work with you if you have an issue and want to know how to resolve it. Please recognize that we are on the same team! I want you to be happy with me and my products. People aren't perfect, and we each want a fair outcome for everyone. Let's work together to resolve this! 

But, if at any time a customer becomes rude, hateful, or inappropriately aggressive towards Wildfire Woodworking or any of its representatives (at our sole discretion), it is my policy to cease communication with that customer indefinitely. I will not allow anyone to endure verbal abuse from customers. I stand behind my products and services, but outlandish behavior will not be tolerated. Please be respectful and humane - businesses are people, too!

Wood Products

Most furniture today is made from uniform materials like plastics, composites, or tiny shredded pieces of wood fibers. Even things that look like real wood, probably are not made of solid wood. Basically, you're used to seeing furniture made from giant machines and robots, not harvested from nature and sculpted by humans. 

Products made from wood are not uniform. Knots, grain patterns, color changes, and texture variations are all things we celebrate when building with real wood! Additionally, a lot of our furniture processes are accomplished by individuals using various hand tools. My products PROUDLY looks unique and not manufactured on a robotic assembly line. Celebrate the inconsistencies and character as a mark of pride! ​

My products are built and finished with the intention of being used indoors in a climate-controlled environment. Any outdoor use of my products are untested and may result in warping/weathering beyond our expectations for quality and longevity.
