Shipping Policy

Orders for in stock products are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. For custom orders or bulk orders (only available on certain products) lead time will be required to manufacture the product(s) which will depend on the product(s), quantity and availability of materials. If there any questions or concerns on lead times, please feel free to contact me info@wildfirewoodworking.ca. If you have a rush order I will do my best to try to accommodate. Shipping delays by the carrier are out of my control.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within the Edmonton area. For orders under $50, we charge $25 for local delivery.

We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to arrange delivery and notify you on the day of our arrival. 


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
